The generous breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options.
The mattress in the room was quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Cozy, cozy, cozy
I absolutely loved the charming blend of traditional and modern decor! The breakfast was a feast—think made-to-order omelets and a fantastic spread that kickstarted each day perfectly. Plus, the spacious spa with its saunas was the ultimate way to unwind after skiing!

I loved the charming traditional decor throughout Q! Hotel Maria Theresia. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Staff were attentive, making my stay enjoyable. Breakfast offered a generous buffet with plenty of options, including cooked-to-order selections. Location near the ski lifts and local attractions was convenient. The spa area felt large and warm, perfect after a day on the slopes. However, room lighting could be brighter, especially for seniors. The old key system was a hassle and caused some confusion. Overall, my experience was pleasant, but these small details could definitely be improved.

Nice spot, but kinda awkward with kids
The location is super convenient, just a short walk to town. The lounge area is cozy and welcoming. However, we had a pretty uncomfortable experience at dinner with the staff being rude about our kids. Not cool. The bar area was nice enough, though! Overall, just wish service was better for families.

A brighter room lighting would be helpful.

Excellent breakfast variety.
I was extremely frustrated with the dismal room conditions. The lighting was so poor that it felt like a gloomy cave, and one can barely charge their devices with only three outlets available. To make matters worse, the shower design was outright absurd, leading to water splashing everywhere—resulting in a slippery mess. If that wasn't enough, the uncomfortable sofa was just a joke. sitting on it was a hassle, and I couldn't wait to leave.
